Atheism and Morality

Atheism and Morality   Atheism means not to believe in God, we can not say it is dishonesty. we can not find connection between honesty and religion. religious people have negative view towards atheist.  Good Thoughts are not bound to be with only religion. But we are sometimes applying false thoughts in the name of religion.values are more important than religion.

All my sons by Arthur Miller

All my sons All my sons is a play by Arthur Miller.It is based on American dreams. It was industrialism prevailed in America. The money and prosperity became more important than relations.The main character is Joe Keller. He is a businessman. He imports and exports the parts of plane which goes to American aircraft at border. The businessman finds that there is something wrong in their parts of machine though he sends to American air army and the tragedy happens. His own son is killed by the father. Arthur Miller portrays his own society in it. which is very cruel to their own people

Modernism

Modernism Modernism is a philosophical movement that changes the point of view looking towards cultural and changes. Modernism was development of 20 th century. It was the era of rejection of religious thinking. Modernism, in general, includes the activities and creations of those who felt the traditional forms of art, architecture, literature, religious faith, philosophy, social organization, activities of daily life, and even the sciences, were becoming ill-fitted to their tasks and outdated in the new economic, social, and political environment of an emerging fully industrialized world

Transcendentalism

  Transcendentalism is a movement that is philosophical one. That developed in 1820s in United states. It arose as reaction to protest against the general state of intellectualism and spirituality at the time. A core belief of transcendentalism is in the inherent goodness of people and nature. Adherents believe that society and its institutions have corrupted the purity of the individual, and they have faith that people are at their best when truly " self-reliant " and independent. Transcendentalism emphasizes subjective intuition over objective empiricism. Adherents believe that individuals are capable of generating completely original insights with little attention and deference to past masters.

Existentialism

            Existentialism Existensialism is term that inquires into the life itself that is is search of how and why the living is still there in life. Many writers like Jean Paul Sartre, Albert Camus wrote on it. After the world war 1, there were no peace in life the writers who fought in world war they felt pathetic for human beings. So they wrote on what is there in being means to live is any purpose in living. Myth of Sisyphus is a great work by Albert Camus and here he tries to explain the life there is nothing in life it is the main idea of this work .the person is this literary work does the same work as he got in punishment. And we as human are doing the same so it is to think if we are perhaps punished or not. Then many novels are written putting centre the theme of extentialism.

Surrealism

Surrealism The word 'surrealism' was coined in March 1917 by Guillaume Apollinaire three years before Surrealism emerged as an art movement in Paris Surrealism is a cultural movement started in France in 1920s, known for its visuals artworks and writings. The art that flourish it the mixture of dream and reality means super reality. The surrealist works were having the elements of surprise ,unexpected juxtapositions. Surrealism developed out of the Dada activities during World War I and the most important center of the movement was Paris. From the 1920s onward, the movement spread around the globe, eventually affecting the visual arts, literature, film, and music of many countries and languages, as well as political thought and practice, philosophy, and social theory.
